- Wipe down using a clean & damp soft cloth, with a natural soap or yoga mat cleaner (if desired).

- Do not hang in direct sunlight.
- Make sure to dry completely before storage or use. Store away from sunlight.
- This mat is designed for yoga, pilates and low impact exercises. We do not recommend wearing shoes as this type of abrasion will prematurely distress the mat.
