Join us on our first workshop series on back bends – Some find back bends uplifting, while others find them somewhat daunting or challenging. Whether poses such as Cobra, Updog, Camel, Bow, Wheel and more bring a smile to your face or make you furrow your brows, we hope you get some enjoyment or relief.
This is a 2 hour workshop conducted by Theresa Shan where she will break down the fundamentals of back bends, learn to work with the breath and ease the body into the poses more comfortably.
Learn the benefits, practice awareness and allow your hip and heart to open. Whether a beginner or advanced practitioner, this workshop is suitable for all levels.
