This time we were lucky enough to get a photo shoot with Hanna, a professional pole dancer! Hanna performs and competes at international pole dancing events and competitions. When she is not busy with that she teaches pole dancing at a reputable pole dancing studio here in Singapore.
Hanna does yoga to compliment her pole training. She says that yoga improves her strength to be able to carry her own body weight to do the pole tricks, and her flexibility to ensure that her muscles stay long and lean. Two elements that go hand in hand with a healthy body.
